REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Non-Returnable Situations

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for:

•        Change of mind or collector preference

•        Packaging preference

•        Ordering mistakes

•        Dissatisfaction unrelated to actual product damage 

Opened Products

•        No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once factory seals, blister packaging, shrink wrap, or protective packaging have been opened or tampered with. 

Damage Claims

To be eligible for a damage claim, customers must provide:

•        A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video

•        Photographs of the outer package

•        Photographs of the damaged item

•        All submitted within 24 hours of delivery 

Resolution

Depending on circumstances, Diecast Circuit may offer:

•        A partial refund

•        A full refund

•        A replacement subject to stock availability 

Reverse Shipping

•        Where return of an item is required, reverse shipping charges are generally borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. 

Non-Eligible Claims

The following are not considered defects:

•        Minor card bends or blister imperfections

•        Factory paint inconsistencies or manufacturing tolerances

•        Minor packaging wear

•        Manufacturer packaging variations 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
